TERMS & CONDITIONS:

By paying a deposit for your order, you are approving the order quote and artwork proof for your particular job. Additionally, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Payment - All orders require 50% down and 50% at shipment. We will ship your order once full payment is received. Payment can be made online through our secure user login (debit/credit card), check, or Venmo. Checks require 5 Business Days to process. There is a $20.00 charge for returned checks. Any delinquent accounts past 30 days will be charged to the last card used on file. If there is no card on file, a late fee of 5% per month will be added to the bill until fully paid. Any orders left at printingsteel.com over 90 days will be donated to charity and all deposits will be forfeited.

• Delivery window - Our turnaround time reflects an average completion of normal orders. These times are not guaranteed. Please contact us if you need a rush delivery. In this case, we will charge an additional fee.

• Shipping - Shipping is included in your quote and will not change. Printingsteel.com, LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage or shipping delays caused by a delivery carrier. You will not be charged for a pick-up order.

  • Pickup - All orders can be picked up at our shop: 1994 Concord Road, Chester, PA, 19013.

• Garment Terms - Extra small to Extra Large (XL) garments will be the same per unit price, however, items over XL will be charged more. This is transparent within your quote.

• Print placement - Upon receiving your order proposal, we will ask you the desired design location. Our team will do our best to match your requests, however, please understand that your garment will not look exactly as they do on your quote. Screen printing ink does not have the same capacity to portray an image like that of a computer/phone screen.

• Cancellations - Keep in mind screen printing is a customized service, therefore, orders are subject to restocking fees if cancelled. All cancellations will result in charges for any set-up and/or pre-press costs incurred before the cancellation.

• Fundraisers - printingsteel.com, LLC will not charge the organizer or organization to setup a fundraiser. Designs will be screen printed on a Gildan 8000 50/50 Cotton/Polyester T-Shirt or JERZEES Dri-Power 50/50 Cotton/Polyester T-Shirt. Children’s sizes and Adult sizes over XL will be priced lower and higher respectively. The organizer is responsible for providing us with a fundraiser description. All fundraisers are deadline driven so please have a date in mind upon submitting your request.

  • Note for shirt sizes XXL and up: Due to the increase cost of material and shipping, printingsteel.com will decrease donations by 5% and 10% of gross shirt proceeds for XXL & 3-4 XL sizes respectively. (example: If your organization agreed to 50% of gross shirt proceeds, then only 45% of XXL sizes will be donated and 40% of 3+XL sizes will be donated.) Management deemed this model will suffice because of variable costs involved in larger shirts.
